Bank of England 2027: All 8 Interest Rate Decision Dates
The Bank of England will announce Bank Rate eight times in 2027, always on a Thursday at 12:00 noon London time, 7:00 a.m. in New York. Four of those announcements come with the Monetary Policy Report, its quarterly forecast: February, April, July and November.

How to read the decision
More than the rate itself, which is usually priced in, the market watches the split of the nine members’ votes. A divided decision, say 5 to 4, signals that the next change may be close: if the dissenters want a cut, sterling tends to weaken, and if they want a hike, to strengthen. The inflation forecasts in the quarterly report weigh as much as the decision.
Sizing example: with a $10,000 account and 1% risk ($100), a 30-pip stop on GBP/USD allows 0.33 lots, because each pip on one lot is worth $10. If you prefer a 60-pip stop that day, size drops to 0.16 lots and you risk the same.
