On EURJPY, 1 pip is a move of 0.01 in the price. With 1 lot (contract size 100,000) it is worth ¥1,000; with 0.10 lots, ¥100, and with 0.01 lots, ¥10. As EURJPY is quoted in JPY, the calculator converts it to your account currency at the ECB exchange rate.
